Give a query (company name, ticker, description) and optionally narrow by exchCode (e.g. US), securityType, or marketSector (Equity, Corp, Govt, Mtge, Muni, Pfd, Comdty, Index, Curncy). Returns relevance-ranked matches with FIGI, composite/share-class FIGI, name, ticker, exchange, security type, market sector, and description, plus a `next` cursor for paging (pass it back as start). Free, open symbology (Bloomberg OpenFIGI). Distinct from finance.figi (exact identifier → FIGI): this is discovery by name/keyword.
