Audits every policy scope for dangling bindings, ALWAYS_BLOCK, renounced (frozen) lists and live pauses; verdict bricked / critical_misconfig / misconfigured / clean plus a can-this-token-even-move flag. Pre-launch lint for issuers, stuck-funds guard for holders and merchants.
