Given a property address, purchase price, financing terms, and quarterly revenue assumptions (Average Daily Rate and occupancy by quarter), returns a GO/NO-GO verdict with Year 1 cash-on-cash return, cap rate, IRR, MOIC, and a 10-year annual cash flow projection. All decision thresholds configurable per call. Deterministic math, no LLM.
