On-demand Kronos Forecast: any crypto pair (e.g. PEPE-USD) or US stock ticker outside the scheduled list. We check that candles exist (else 404, not charged), then run Kronos on our forecast worker. Fresh stored result: 200 with the fact list. Otherwise 202 with job_id and a free status_url to poll (typically ~3 minutes), plus an optional signed webhook.
